Milling industry professionals gathered at Alapala Academy's Head Miller Training

The Head Miller training, which took place at Alapala Academy Training and Innovation Center between May 5-16, was held with the participation of milling professionals from many different countries.

Alapala Academy, which enables professionals in the sector to improve their professional competencies with different training programs in the field of milling, continues its trainings. Lastly, many professionals from different countries attended the Head Miller training held at Alapala Academy Innovation and Training Center in Corum, Turkey between May 5-16. In this center, participants were able to experience grain processing technologies as applications in a real process plant. In this way, trainees can also reinforce the theoretical knowledge they have learned by experiencing it in practice.

Mastery through a Comprehensive Training Program

In the Head Miller training organized, participants can learn up-to-date information in the field of milling. These trainings include comprehensive sections on topics such as working principles and maintenance of machines used in milling processes, automation, milling diagrams, hygiene and control analysis. After these trainings, trainees can return to their jobs with a perfect knowledge of the tricks of milling.
