Ceres Global and Cargill expect the acquisition to close on or about August 31, 2020. The acquisition is subject to the satisfaction of closing conditions customary to transactions of this nature and will be funded with existing working capital. Under the terms of the agreement, Ceres Global will assume Cargill’s open grain purchase contracts.
