As U.K. - based specialist flour mill, Doves Farm has put their Gourmet Collection range to meet demand for gluten free products on the market.  According to the news from Bakeryinfo.co.uk; the range consists of nine flours and four grains all of which are naturally gluten free. One of the gourmet products is the Doves Farm Gluten Free Teff Flour, which is called by the company as ‘the hot new super grain.’ The company added that it is also the first branded teff product on the market. Gluten-free eating has been recently on the rise in the United Kingdom.
