The Grain Elevator and Processing Society (GEAPS) announced the full educational schedule for GEAPS Exchange March 26-29 in Kansas City, MO. The full schedule, which features more than 45 hours of great educational content is available online.

Attendees will be able to learn from industry experts, interact with the new Innovation Stations, ask questions and truly learn from these sessions. This education lineup was designed to help keep workers safe, improve efficiency and product quality and inspire innovation.

“The Education Committee is excited about offering excellent educational opportunities for Exchange 2022 attendees,” said Randy Bowman, EPC vice chair. “Each year we look to bring in new and relevant topics with speakers that are experts in their area.  And this year’s program is very strong.”

Shawn Ellis is first GEAPS Exchange Keynote Speaker

For the first time in nearly 100 years of GEAPS members gathering for GEAPS Exchange, the association is bringing in a keynote speaker to kick off the education sessions. “Beyond Resilience: Making a Shift from Surviving to Thriving” will surely resonate with you whether you’re a seasoned pro, mid-career or a student working toward a future in agriculture.

For more than 20 years, Ellis has been working to help leaders, teams and organizations not only survive—but thrive—in the midst of change and challenges. He uses science-backed tools and techniques designed to provide immediate, lasting relief from stress.
