The Similago II has received prestigious global design awards, including RedDot, Good Design, and Grapas, for its compact and innovative design. With this model, Alapala enables flour, semolina, corn processing, and other food production facilities to achieve high-quality and efficient production.

Similago II is the result of Alapala’s dedicated R&D efforts. Featuring an innovative design and advanced technology, this roller mill ensures high-quality processing of grain and other food raw materials. Additionally, it stands out for its exceptional operating efficiency and reliability.

Thanks to its sturdy chassis made of thick carbon steel, Sımılago II minimizes vibration and contributes to work safety in the mill. The aerodynamic profile, which ensures comfortable air circulation between the rolls, prevents the mechanism from overheating and ensures long-term production. The Similago II is silent in running due to the special profiled transmission belt, drive pulleys and tensioning pulleys which differentially drive the rolls. No greasing is required which provides a clean environment. Easy and fast change of the rolls can be performed in 20 minutes, which is a significant reduction in down times. No special tools are needed, as standard tools can be used. Additionally, no lifting devices for the roll sets are required, as they can be dismounted directly from the machine onto a cart. 

A user-friendly 7” LCD touchscreen allows monitoring of all the operating parameters together with alarms and graphical system visualisation. This allows easy speed changes, product level in the hopper, motor power consumption, alarm etc. The polycarbonate inspection glass on the feed box can be easily removed from the outside for cleaning, eliminating the need to dismantle the feed spouts and related parts.
