Russian capital Moscow will host an important meeting at the end of September on the milling sector. Representatives of the sector from numerous countries including Russia will get together for the 13th Congress of Russia Flour and Cereal Companies. Russia Flour Industrialists’ Union and Russia Industry Academy co-organizes the congress to be held between 25 and 27 September. During the congress, “International Milling – 2018 Congress” and the 10th Symposium on Quality of Russia and Grain Products will be held. Also, ‘the Best Russian Mill” of 2017 will be selected, and the annual meeting of Russia Flour and Grain Union will be organized. During the congress, the current problems of the flour industry and solutions for these problems will be discussed, and partners of the sector will exchange the experiences that they have in the changing environment of the industry. This congress is devoted to the first congress, which was organized under the auspices of Russian Emperor Alexander III one hundred thirty years ago for the first time in 1988. Managers and experts of companies active in the flour industry, senior officials of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, members of Federation Council and Duma of Russian Parliament, the Federal Tax Agency, the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia, Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance, Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing, academicians, and representatives of institutions and companies related to agricultural industry will attend the congress.
