Alapala has completed and delivered a new turnkey flour mill project for Tayyaba Flour Mills in Islamabad, Pakistan, adding 350 tonnes per day of flour milling capacity to the local market.

Alapala continues to strengthen its presence in West Africa with the successful delivery of a new milling investment in Mali. The company has developed a 300 tons per day (TPD) flour mill project, designed to support high efficiency production, operational reliability, and sustainable long-term operations.

Alapala says it delivered 23 turnkey projects in 2025 and is targeting consolidated revenue above $95m in 2026, supported by automation and digital manufacturing investments.

Following the successful operation of a 600 tons per day turnkey flour mill, commissioned three years ago and operating reliably since then, Alapala announces a new agreement with Brazil-based Marata Group for additional flour milling investments totalling 1,600 tpd capacity.

Alapala proudly announces the successful completion and commissioning of its 14th flour mill project in Mongolia — a 250 tons per day turnkey facility for Mill House LLC — marking another significant milestone in the company’s global expansion and long-term partnership with the Mongolian milling industry.

Alapala has further expanded its presence in South America with the successful commissioning of a cutting-edge 750 ton per day (TPD) maize milling facility for Rei de Ouro, one of Brazil’s leading food producers.
