Depart, a spare part supplier rapidly growing under the umbrella of Alapala Group, has signed a distributorship agreement with Italian Verdi S.p.A., for all of its agro-industrial products. 

Depart which is established by Alapala Group for spare part acquisition and production has signed a distributorship agreement with Verdi S.p.A., conveying systems producer established in 1987. Accordingly, Depart will distribute all agro-industrial product of the Italian company which both designs and produces conveying systems and also produces all spare parts including elevator buckets and belts to 55 countries. In this vast geography, Depart will operate sales and marketing operations of full range of agro industrial products of Verdi, which is a spearheading company specialized in designing continuous conveying systems.
