Viterra, a global leader in grain handling and marketing, has announced its agreement with Cargill in Australia to acquire the GrainFlow storage and handling facilities in Maitland, Crystal Brook, Mallala, and Pinnaroo in South Australia and Dimboola in Victoria, along with the mobile ship loader in Adelaide, South Australia.

Cargill and Owensboro Grain Company, a fifth-generation family-owned soybean processing facility and refinery located in Owensboro, Ky., announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement where Cargill will add Owensboro Grain Company (OGC) to its North American agricultural supply chain business.
