The Serbia Grains Association will hold the second edition of the Serbia Grains Conference on May 19, 2026, at the Sava Centar in Belgrade, bringing together grain and oilseed traders, processors, exporters, logistics companies, quality-control specialists and public-sector representatives.

The one-day event is expected to gather around 200 delegates, including member companies of Serbia Grains, representatives from Serbia’s ministries of agriculture, trade and foreign affairs, as well as regional and international companies active in the production, processing, trading, transport and quality control of grains and oilseeds.

FOCUS ON SERBIAN GRAIN AND OILSEED EXPORTS

The conference will focus on Serbia’s grain and oilseed supply-and-demand outlook, export performance and market opportunities for the upcoming marketing year. Wheat, corn, barley, sunflower seed, rapeseed, soybeans and vegetable oils will be among the key commodities discussed.

The main programme will feature panel discussions on Serbia’s grain and oilseed export outlook, processing industry challenges, and transport and logistics opportunities. Speakers will include representatives from major trading, processing, logistics and port companies active in Serbia and the wider regional market.

AFRRATOXIN AND COMMODITY TRADING WORKSHOPS

Before the official opening of the main programme, two parallel workshops will be held in the morning. The aflatoxin workshop will bring together specialists from Delta Agrar, Prognosis Biotech Serbia, the Faculty of Agriculture at the University of Novi Sad and Cosmocel. The session will address one of the most sensitive quality and food-safety issues for grain and feed supply chains. A separate commodity exchange trading workshop will be led by Alexandre Bobylov of ADM Investor Services, Netherlands.

GRAIN TRADERS DAY TO BE HELD IN BELGRADE

The programme will also include Grain Traders Day 2026, which will be held in Belgrade for the first time. During the session, Serbia Grains will present awards to companies that achieved strong export results in the previous year, as well as awards recognizing support for the association, sponsors and conference partners.
