A FULLY-EQUIPPED TRAINING CENTER Providing not only theoretical knowledge but also focus on practical knowledge of using the state-of-the-art products and teaching aids by well-trained and qualified trainer, CSMT is aware of the importance of sophisticated machinery and equipment to keep pace with the developments elsewhere in the world. It also demands a team of teaching staff who have acquired theoretical and practical knowledge to equip the trainees to act independently and to lead a team on the shop floor. Also included in the facilities offered in the institute are a renowned library in the field of Food Science & Technology with many reference books on various topics, and a fully dedicated Computer controlled pilot Roller Flour Mill where students get the knowledge of milling systems as per the International and Indian Sub Continental Standards.
