In a significant development for Uzbekistan's flour milling industry, Akbarjon Barakat, a prominent figure in the sector, has successfully expanded his flour milling operations by establishing one of the most modern and technologically advanced facilities in the region, in collaboration with Genç Değirmen, a leading supplier of milling machinery and technology.

Partnering with Genç Değirmen, a leading Turkish milling machinery manufacturer, Akbarjon Barakat initially launched a flour factory in the Bukhara Kogan region in 2020, with a production capacity of 120 tons per day. This investment marked the beginning of a journey toward creating a high-capacity, state-of-the-art milling complex in Uzbekistan. Building on this foundation, the company made a strategic decision to further enhance his milling capabilities. In 2022, once again in collaboration with Genç Değirmen, it undertook the construction of a new factory, significantly boosting production capacity by an additional 200 tons per day. As a result, the combined production capacity of his milling operations now stands at 320 tons per day. With this expansion, Akbarjon Barakat has not only increased his production capacity but also reinforced his position as a key player in Uzbekistan's flour milling industry.

The new factory, which features a storage capacity of between 15,000 to 20,000 tons, is a testament to Barakat's commitment to quality and innovation. Designed to produce a diverse range of flour types, the facility is equipped with the latest machinery and automation systems. Genç Değirmen supplied all the steel construction solutions and milling equipment, ensuring that the factory operates at the cutting edge of milling technology. The integration of a new generation PLC system further enhances operational efficiency, allowing for precise control and monitoring of the milling processes. By investing in advanced technology and expanding his production capabilities, Akbarjon Barakat is poised to meet the growing demand for high-quality flour in Uzbekistan and neighboring regions.
