Satake Corporation has announced the recipients of its Excellent Employee Award 2024, recognizing outstanding individual and team contributions across its global operations.

The Grand Prize was awarded to Lù Wěi Bō and his team of engineers at Satake Manufacturing (SUZHOU) CO., LTD. for their exceptional performance and contributions to product development within the Satake Group.

In addition, six employees from three global Satake offices received the First Place Award, while eight employees from four locations were honored with the Inspire Award for their dedication and innovation.

Speaking after receiving the Grand Prize, Lù Wěi Bō said: “I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for receiving Grand Prize at Satake Excellent Employee Award 2024. The many lessons and experiences we gained from this product development have become invaluable assets for us. This achievement would not have been possible without the tremendous support from our Japanese office and also everyone around us, for which we are deeply thankful. We will continue to strive to bring delicious rice to the dining table.”

Established in 2019, the Satake Excellent Employee Award is presented annually to employees who demonstrate exceptional performance and contribute significantly to the company’s global success.
