Nibulon, a leading Ukrainian agribusiness company specializing in grain storage and transportation, is continuing its modernization efforts at the elevator complexes of AK Vradiivskyi Ltd. and Kolosivskyi Elevator Ltd. to enhance service levels for agricultural partners.
According to Valerii Reutsoi, Nibulon’s Director of Elevator Operations, these upgrades will boost the capacities of both facilities to accommodate late grain crops. “We are doing everything necessary to ensure that agricultural producers, who are suffering not only from the war but also from the vagaries of nature, are confident in the quality of processing and storage. We assure you that the harvest will be in good hands,” Valerii stated.
At AK Vradiivskyi Ltd., the installation of a second transshipment line has doubled capacity and revamped the receiving and shipping processes. The complex's unloading capacity has increased from 50-80 tons per hour to an impressive 150-180 tons per hour. Additionally, the second truck loading point has been upgraded to meet the latest sanitary and technical standards. Enhancements include an expanded loading pit, a new modern shed with roller doors, upgraded transport equipment, and the installation of an automatic control system on the new machinery.
The branch has also expanded its concrete road area, providing a streamlined route for agricultural producers from the laboratory to the weighing station and onto the loaders. These improvements have significantly reduced unloading times and facilitated the handling of multiple crops simultaneously.
Meanwhile, Kolosivskyi Elevator Ltd. has enhanced grain loading efficiency by installing two silos, each with a capacity of 40 tons. This addition enables quick accumulation and loading of grain as needed. Furthermore, the company has upgraded four transport units at the first and second truck unloaders, further elevating service standards for partners.
The company plans to continue working to improve its services by investing in modernization, making progress, raising the level of services, so that all processes work smoothly and optimally in terms of time and effort.
