Limagrain Ingredients changes its name for a new horizon

The business unit of Limagrain group dedicated to ingredients, changed its name from Limagrain Céréales Ingrédients into Limagrain Ingredients. This name change will apply to all its entities, including Unicorn Grain Specialties BV and Unicorn Grain Specialties GmbH, the two entities that joined Limagrain Ingredients last year. The new name Limagrain Ingredients reflects the internationalization of the company activities. Its ingredients are sold in 58 countries generating a turnover close to €150 million. More than 330,000 tons of grain are processed each year produced in seven production plants across Europe. Limagrain Ingredients believes that life can be enriched by healthy nutritional experiences. Grain is the essential ingredient for well-balanced nutrition. The vocation of Limagrain Ingredients is to reveal the natural potential of grain. “All our production processes within our company, ensure 100 % natural products with distinct functionalities. Whether we talk about milling, heat treatment, pressure cooking, extruding, etc., there are no chemical treatments within our company. We master our integrated chain from breeding to processing. Delivering full traceability for our customers to ensure 100 % trustworthy products.” the company said. Limagrain Ingredients sell its products to 6 international application markets; Bakery, Culinary, Snacks, Breakfast Cereals, Petfood & horses and Young Animals (Piglets & Calves) and two domestic application markets; Traditional Bakery and wood Pellets.
