TABADER, aiming to address the demand for skilled workforce in the milling industry, will offer internationally certified milling training at IDMA Istanbul. Taking place in Hall 3 of the IDMA fair area, the training program will feature experts and academics delivering instruction on technical topics including mill flow diagram, grain and pulse storage techniques, grain cleaning technology, flour production technology, rice production technology, extruded products technology, pulses production technology, pasta production technology, and alternative proteins.
The training program, running throughout the duration of the fair, welcomes individuals interested in educational topics, including industry workers, self-improvement enthusiasts, those with basic knowledge, and industry representatives. Its goal is to assist participants in broadening their existing knowledge and remaining abreast of industry innovations.
During TABADER’s sixth certified milling training, simultaneous interpretation in English and Turkish will be available. The sessions will be structured in 50-minute intervals, and participants will receive printed materials containing the training content and presentations in advance. Upon completion of the three-day training, participants will be awarded a certificate.
