We see huge sieving and sorting machines needing a very large sieve space in the plants. We understand that these machines seem to make a lot of work but their huge sizes only consume energy after we use Bühler machine instead of them. Besides; you will encounter too much dust in environments of almost all of the pulses facilities in our country. The reason is that the machines do not have dust extraction systems or they are not developed well enough. The dust in the environment affects the health of both the employers and product adversely. The absence of a sufficient dust extraction system causes dangerous conditions called as dust explosion. As Bühler’s machines function with a completely closed aspiration system and the ventilation calculations are given with the machine, dust extraction problem is solved in the plants. The differences of Bühler machines are creating even larger capacities compared to their sizes in much smaller spaces, consuming less energy, functioning well, not causing product loss and not extracting dust to the environment. If we show examples on the machines basis, it is considered that destoner in every plant seems to be quite simple and not require a qualified machine purchase. Machine’s having a simple design does not mean it can be managed easily. The basis of engineering is to do the works as simple as possible. We see that most of the destoners cannot sort small stones out. Besides, you see that too many good products are thrown with the stones by the machines. You realize later that the product loss thrown with the stones would exceed the amount you save when you buy machines in a short time.
