Another mega flour mill project in Central Asia by Alapros

04 June 20252 min reading

Alapros, the global provider of integrated milling technologies, has once again been selected for a large-scale project in Central Asia. Motabar, one of Uzbekistan’s leading flour producers, has chosen Alapros for its latest investment: a turnkey flour mill with a daily wheat processing capacity of 2x600 tonnes.

With this new project, Motabar will increase its total daily milling capacity to 3,200 tonnes, further solidifying its leadership position in the Uzbek flour market. This marks the continuation of a long-standing collaboration between the two companies. Motabar had previously partnered with Alapros for its 600 and 400 TPD mills commissioned in 2019.

The new facility will be fully designed, manufactured, and assembled at Alapros’s high-tech production center in Çorum, Türkiye. The plant is scheduled to be completed and operational within 10 months.

Motabar’s renewed trust in Alapros underscores the company’s reputation for engineering excellence, on-time delivery, and customer-focused solutions. The investment stands as a milestone in the strategic partnership between the two firms.

Alapros is also currently undertaking another major flour mill project in Tajikistan, further reinforcing its position as the go-to partner for large-scale milling investments across Central Asia. The company is now recognized not only for its advanced technologies but also as a symbol of strategic trust and sustainable growth.
