Alapala built a semolina plant in Mersin

Alapala, one of the world’s leading companies in milling technologies, built a new semolina plant in Mersin, southern Turkey. The new turnkey semolina mill was designed as 500+500 tons per day and the first phase of the project has been completed.

Alapala, a leading company in milling technology producer, is continuing its turn-key projects. Alapala announced that it has agreed with one of top macaroni producers of Turkey for a semolina production facility. It is announced that this greenfield project was designed as 500+500 ton per day (TPD). Alapala stated that first phase of the project has been completed and the second 500 TPD phase will be commissioned in 2018. Alapala which was founded in 1954 has delivered more than 600 turn-key projects in more than 100 countries which include industrialized countries. The company which exports 95% of its products has lastly built a new mill with a daily capacity of 500 tons in the Philippines for Interflour, prominent Asian flour producer.
